Help answer this question below.

I dnt have really bad acne..but i have quite a lot of pimple on my cheeks..how can i get rid of teh pimples AND SCARS on my cheeks..without buying products...by just usuing stuff round the house? AND PLZ PLZ PLZ PLZ ANSWER! I REALLY NEED ADVICE NOW!thankz
