  • I would say marital problems. Usually infidelity, is caused by one of the partners resentment over some problem with the other partner, at least in my observations.
  • Ooh this is a good question. I would like to think that marital problems tend to come first, and then infidelity is caused by the fear of stress of those problems. Of course, at the same time, infidelity would also cause marital problems, from lying and suspicions... so... who knows?
  • In my opinion I don't think that there would be infidelity if the marriage was in good condition. There is always some problem that is not being addressed, in order for it to lead to infidelity. A happy married couple keeps the line of communication and trust so that won't happen.

  • I think it depends on the nature of the individual. If you are the type that just can't get enough 'lovin'...then no matter how good things are at home, you're always on the lookout for something else.
