LMAO. I remember the supervisor asked me if I have ever had a difficult client and I said yes and when he asked me what I did I told him that I remained calm after all the name calling and disrespectful slurs. Yeah right I remember that day like it was yesterday. I cursed that lady out so bad and then I hung up on her LMAO
