First, we don't know what led to the cardiac arrest. Secondly, he was largely out of the media for the last ten years. When was the last time you saw him on camera?

I heard he was preparing hard for his upcoming tour. And that made me think of when he was sent to the hospital for exhaustion while on tour a few years back. I don't know what killed him but I kind of doubt it was drug related or anything like that. He was a vegetarian and from what all I've heard, very good about his health in general. Well, I just heard he might have died from a demerol injection so I could be way off... And no I don't think the media is responsible in any way no matter how he died.

Yes, everyone was beating the hell out of him, he was being called names like child molester, pervert, gay etc even though he was never found guilty of anything.
