  • Turn off the AB and start studying!
  • get plenty of rest. write down your speech in flashcards and recite it in front of the mirror, your friends/family, your teddy bear, whatever/whoever is around. pick out your outfit from tonight and get it ironed and organized so when you are ready to get dressed, everything is there, even if you are too nervous that day! have something to eat/drink but not too much. practice, practice, practice... and don't forget to smile :)
  • take a deep rest and get back to study
