I just wear a new pair of suede shoes.

Very easy. I just go to the car wash. I promise when I go in it will be sunny and clear, with no hint or forecast of rain. Within 24 hours or less, sometimes on my way home from the car wash, it will come. This by the way is GUARANTEED! Hi Beavis :-)

Oh easy one. I just schedule a "personal day off from work" which is secret meteorologist code for "make it Rain real hard"
