This is easy; "The Exorcist". I read it in one sitting. It scared the hell out of me!

Honestly, the only time I've been scared to go to bed after something like that was when I read "Cujo", by Stephen King, for the first time. The first few dozen pages were straight out of something I always feared would happen, and it struck me to the core.

Anything from the Scary Stories series. The covers alone were enough to give me the heebie jeebies as a kid.
