Dear Kiwi, I am also amazed at how and who does the monitoring of questions and answers on this site. It's insane. If you write a question and someone flags it as nonsense, good luck on getting your point across that it is not. I have flagged a few questions that were so utterly nonsensical as to have people as the questioner what they were talking about, and they told me it was not nonsense. So, I give up monitoring and asking any questions. Forget it.

I'm not sure what you're complaining about. The way you get to a higher level is to earn points. Period. That's it. More points = higher level.
