I walk and ride a bicycle.

I don't own a car so no immediate effect. However, trucking and shipping of essential goods, foods, etc. would essentially be grounded to a halt. Prices would go through the roof and certain chaos would ensue with fighting over food, resources, essential goods, etc. I pray your question never comes true!!

i'd HAVE to ride my bike again!
-
We'd have to go back to the horse & buggy days
-
I'd have to start walking or riding a bike everywhere.
-
i'd never drive again.
-
I wouldn't even own a car then. I would ride my bike everywhere or walk. I would take public transportion if somewhere was too far to ride. Also taxes might go up also to pay for the importing of gas.
-
I'd ride my bike everywhere, or a horse.
-
I don't think I would ever be going out anywhere by vehicle again.
-
We'd have motorized bicycles - they can easily be retrofitted, and get incredible gas mileage. We'd be a lot more fit. http://nycewheels.com/bikes.html

I would walk everywhere and I guarantee you the US would stop being so overweight (in general) if that happened.
-
i would cut all ties with everyone i knew that lived more than 1 mile away and make all new friends
-
I'd get rich from my new bike shop.
-
I don't drive anyways. But my mom wouldn't drive then. I would probably walk/ride a bike everywhere.
-
I will be worm food by then, won't bother me. :)
-
I wouldn't drive any more.
-
i would be skinny from all that walking
-
My life would change a lot, I will buy me a scooter or I will ride a bike Instead!

I invented a new type of engine that runs on any type of fuel that burns or even solar heat. I'm trying to figure a way to patent this and get them in production before the US government trys to take it and silence me. Also, because of it's simplicity, i want to try to keep the Chinese from mass producing this without me getting royalities. The engine can be completely made of plastic.
-
i would be riding this..electric bike
-
All of a sudden, alternatives to gas seem a whole lot cheaper.
-
My husband is already walking to work and I'm already staying home, so probably not a whole lot. We'd have to find another way to the grocery store. However, if gas went that high, it might change my husband's business a whole lot, and that might lead to unemployment.
-
I'd have to get a horse and wagon. I live much too far away from everything to walk or bike. Ah, I wanted to get a horse anyway. ^_^
-
I would be buying a horse and buggy to get around and I would only mow my yard once a year....the horse gets to eat the rest.
-
My legs would get a long stronger and overall, I'd get much healthier
-
I would open up a filling station to get in on that action.
-
Horse and buggy it is for me too! My daughter would be in heaven! She loves horses and swears she will ride one to work as soon as she can afford one! ^_^
