Yes. 1) Was flying a foreign airline in the mid-east when our plane was brought down in another country for a bomb scare. We were held at gunpoint by government officials while the plane was searched. Then each of us was taken into a curtained booth for a cavity search by a same-sex attendant. That was not my favorite trip. We were grateful to get back to the U.S. 2) Was riding in a bus in the mountains when one of our tires were shot out during an insurgency. This also was in the mid-east. 3) Was flying in a prop plane which skidded off the runway into a field during take-off. We deplaned safely and boarded another plane - no one hurt. Nothing else of interest.
