  • No I don't.
  • Going back 100 years, women were certainly not treated fairly. Even going back 30 years, there were still issued to be resolved. However, equal legal rights have been in place for a good 25 years or more. Modern western (North America and Europe at least) feminism is all about misandry and female superiority, nothing more.
  • I don't agree that things have worked out just fine in history - but I do agree that feminism has messed up home life. As a middle class woman in her twenties, I don't have the options open to me that were open to women in the past. I am a woman who would rather be a home-maker, have children etc, regardless of my intellect and education. I don't want to be forced to compete with men and yet it seems I am not offered many choices these days. There are many of us - the girls who despite their intelligence and educational chances are thinking at 18 of how they can find a job that will fit round their future children, or involve working with children. I don't feel positive about feminism and would rather I had been born a couple of generations ago.
  • For the men, sure. For the women? I think that's a more open question. Slavery also worked just fine throughout history... for the slave owners.
  • Yes, very dumb.
