  • Read good books. Associate with good people. Serve without expectations.
  • I would suggest you go get a makeover.Such as a new haircut, tanning, nails. This really does make you feel good about yourself when you look good.If you have a hard time meeting people,go out with friends to social places.Once you feel good about yourself, you will have a easier time meeting new people. You say your into music and art! That is a GREAT topic that all people are interested in.Good luck to you
  • Try doing some volunteer work someplace that requires a group effort, such as a soup kitchen. Volunteers are usually friendly, compassionate people that like people. You will probably grow comfortable around these people pretty fast, and will gain new confidence in yourself while also feeling a sense of accomplishment at giving back to your community.
  • I don't know if you are married or not, but still I strongly feel all that you badly need is love. You need to love and to be loved, self esteem will be back in no time.
  • Maybe look into some different clubs and stuff. There are other people out there just like you who have the same interests and probably similiar personalities. Maybe if you meet some people with the same hobbies and interests, it will be easier for you to open up to someone. Once you meet some people that understand you, your self esteem should come with them.
