Do you ever have sudden discharges of emotion when you are starring at a stranger they are looking back at you?

Oh my goodness yes... it's either awkward(spelling?) or usually really happy emotion. This is different because I know her... but when I hug my grandma in-law I feel the Holy spirit and such a warm happy feeling that over comes me, when she looks you in the eyes you can't help but laugh and feel loved. I told my Dad that and he completely agrees.
