No, I will not answer questions that look to me like they are homework or assignment questions. I have seen some ABers give the asker tips to help find the answer for himself, and I think that is the best approach.

I won't give them answers. I usually ignore them and most of them are very easy to tell they are cheating. If they only know how much it's hurting them. The ones from college students are even worse because they will one day be in the field of medicine, teaching, etc. It is very scary to know that in a few years these students who can't do basic math will be my nurse or my kids teachers.

I am out of school now, but yes I help our whole class pass bible my senior year!!

I just pass over those questions. I dont leave nasty comments or downrate the question. I just pass over them to the next question.

I sometimes answer them ( always show thought process) , sometimes just hints. I probably feel helping in some small way is better than not. Im generally optimistic of people, and find it hard to see how people could believe in cheating as a way of life.
