Latitude and longitude is expressed in three sets of two digits - degrees, minutes, and seconds. Therefore the first part of the string refers to 46 08 60 by 34 38 90; then 36 87 03 by 34 73 37, etc. Get out an atlas if you want to see where these points are on the map. However, anything over 60 in the second or third position makes no sense - so the second set of numbers is meaningless [see the 87 and the 73]. Are there any additional check or other digits in this string?
