My mother recently disowned me for living my life my way instead of hers. I know my dad loves me...but I think he kinda feels like I'm a disappointment!

Yeah. My mom more than my Dad. She always sends me wierd drunk texts on a regular basis. For example, this is a text she sent me the other night "The spirits put you in front of me, I had no choice and was thankful for the chance." It's nice but kind of annoying especially since sometimes I don't even understand what she's saying.

I think that my mom is happy for me and thinks I'm a decent, kind human being. I'm sure my dad feels that I've made mistakes and doesn't approve of how I live my life as it's different from his, we have totally different priorities, as he's all business and making money and that's not me. I'm into being happy and enjoying my family life. He has always wanted me to be more ambitious and not what to him is lazy.
