I have had that happen. If you continue the routine you're doing, you will probably continue to build muscle and won't lose any weight since muscle weighs more than fat. If your sole goal is to lose weight, you might try to stick with some aerobic type activity for a while and you will see the difference on your scale. I know numbers mean a lot to people, but if you look and feel good; try not to let a number fool you into thinking you need to lose weight. Good luck.

I haven't personally had this problem but i work out hardcore myself. What kind of workouts are you doing, the reason your not losing any weight might be directly connected to how your working out. Are you lifting free weights, machine weights, are you running and doing lots of abs?

It is not just about the weight, but about inches that are being lost and the overall health of yourself. However, running will help with the weight loss and anything that really gets your heart beating. One thing I have found that helps me is "playing" mind games on my heart. I will walk briskly, run, walk and do that over and over. It really seems to help me and my fight to stay fit. Hope this helps.

Yes I have experienced it. Apart from working out, you need to reduce your intake of calories too. Then you will lose weight for sure. +4

For me, it's more about overall health and less about the number on the scale. I'm diabetic and on insulin, which causes weight gain, so I'll probably have a hard time losing weight. But exercise strengthens me and in the long run will help me feel better no matter what my weight. Also, exercise keeps my blood sugar under control so that I need less insulin--which may end up letting me actually lose weight. We'll see what happens.

concentrate on improving your overall health and body shape than just numbers ... i promise you it will lead to a more rewarding work out regimen and you won't feel so much pressure and disappointment ... BEST OF LUCK :)
