From a medical stand point, your eyes would dry out, you would contract several diseases b/c your eyelids are essential for preventing germs from entering your body, and your ability to keep your eyes inside of your sockets would be impaired. From a personal stand point-I agree with the last answer: you'd look stupid.

You'd have a very difficult time winking at people. On the other hand, you'd always win at the game, I bet I can make you blink.

You'd look like one of Hannibal Lecter's past associates - you'd have to get an automatic drip machine to lube your eyes constantly. And you'd probably sleep very poorly.
