  • Just because you feel you are a burden to others doesn't mean you are. Look, you were made to live on this earth, although the system seems to push us out. Your reason for being here is because you are meant to enjoy life, not because you have to owe anyone anything from the cradle to the grave.
  • Whatever you do, don't give up. http://www.watchtower.org/e/20040108/article_03.htm/=/ http://www.watchtower.org/e/20040108/article_02.htm/=/ http://www.watchtower.org/e/20080801/article_01.htm
  • I'm sure youre not a burden to everyone, you just feel like that because youre in a bad place right now. Things might take a long time to get better, but they will in the end. Ive been majorly depressed for years now, and was in hospital for a long time (and I'm only 19!) and it's only now that I've noticed a teeny bit of difference. I still think about things all the time, but not in the exact same way. If you want to talk, my email is on my page :)
  • Everything gets better with time. Don't give in or give up and don't feel like a burden either. Do everything you possibly can to deal with it, it's good you're going for therapy. I also read somewhere that exercise is very helpful for fighting depression so try and go for a walk, or work out at home.
