Oh, that kind of scrap. Well California is broke. The internet can be used to supplement text books but never replace them.

No,they should be reused until they have lost their covers from use.It is unnecessary and a waste to keep buying new textbooks each year.When I went to college I bought the previous years used text books,and they were considerably cheaper than new.
