I don't "have" to speak it, but I think it helped me get hired- I speak Spanish in a highly populated Latin area. I think it definitely was the reason I got hired. lol.

I have had, but I don't right now. It can be helpful in what I do now, but not imperative. However, having learned 2 languages other than my native language helped me get the job I have.
