abrasive toothepaste, i heard aquafresh (or something like that) is a good one, will reduce the size in pimples.

    wash face and dry
apply toothepaste to pimple before bed
    sleep with it on
wash it off in the morning and it should be gone
(i am pretty sure wikihow.com had an article on this but i couldn't find it, this is what i remember what the article said.)

i do not know for sure that it will reduce the redness....

Some people will tell you it will, some will say it won't. I know that when I was younger I tried it with all sorts of different toothpastes and it never worked.

It is better to just get a special creme for it. They sell them at any drug store.

No way. That is probably the dumbest thing i've ever heard, other than this story about a guy who burnt the inside of his rectum lighting his own farts.

Control of acne means taking control of your diet. If you eat a bunch of greasy shit, or take a bunch of medications you are bound to break out.

I remember trying all kinds of crap too. You really need proper nutrition, proper soap (Calben Five Star Soap Company) , and proper exercise/sunlight. Good luck.

No, thats silly. Im a beauty therapist and my mum suffers with acne and shes 40. I have been doing Facial electrics on her with high freqency for the past month and it has worked. Her skin skill has the scars from picking them but no pustules. You could also go to the doctors and get speical steriod cream, but it only works for some people.

All it does is dry out your skin. If you have acne because of oily skin then it will work. If not, then no.

Food and exercise has no bering on spots. And its been proven over and over again.

The vast of people get spots because of excess sebum coming from their pores, and stress is another factor.

Best metohod is to wash your face 2-3 times a day to remove the sebum, dirt and dead skin build up, when you wake up and before you go to bed. If you get a chance to through the day do it.

Toothpaste does work sometimes at reducing the inflamation, but dont count on it all the time.
