If you are planning on counterfeiting, that can land you in jail for many many years. that said, there is more involved in making money than paper and ink. The paper is not just paper, it's also cloth, The ink is slightly raised, there are red and blue fibers in the "paper", how will you make the water marks, or magnetic electronic tag that is inside of the bill? It might take a little more than you think and in the end you just end up in jail.
