Yes. Some stained glass is amazing.

Absolutely. The museum I work in has a large window by the artist Jan Thorn-Prikker in the entrance hall. It was designed in the 1920s, but it had to be reconstructed in the mid-1980s.

Of course! I love the Tiffany's stained glass windows and lamps and other things, and I believe they are considered works of art that get displayed as you described.
