Lots of water and lots of raw vegetables. Eating healthy in general is great, but raw veggies take longer to digest. Also, if you can learn to eat a salad without dressing or just a tiny bit of dressing, that'll save you a ton of calories. There's lots of fresh fruits in the summer that are in peak season, plus dairy aids in weight loss and yogurt is full of protien. And you have to exercise! Walking is great for exercise because it doesn't wear you out too fast & the longer you walk the more fat you'll burn. Also, keep in mind there's nothing wrong with eating some unhealthy foods once in a while, just make sure it's small portions.
