Last night, when I went to bed and left a large pile of dishes in the sink. I usually do them before I go to bed, but last night I was just too tired, so I left them for the morning.

The last time I spoke to my ex husband on the phone. I used a word that I never say unless I ma extremely PO'ed.

Acting irrational is quite in character for me. It's when I act calm cool and collected that I'm out of character. The last time that happened was last night when my son banged his head on the turning bag holder at the end of the check-out lane at Wal-Mart. He banged it really hard and was upset and I was paying right at that moment. I was very calm and sympathetic to his needs all while continuing with the transaction.

On Sept. 6, 2006. The day of my mother's funeral, the kids were doing their usual "I can't find my shoes (hairbrush, etc.)" We were running later than I wanted to be, and I threw a temper tantrum. Stomping my feet, screaming, crying, just like you would expect a 2 yr old to do. I apologized for my behavior as soon as it struck me it wasn't the kids' fault I was having a bad day, and I was acting like a toddler who didn't get the candy he wanted.
