  • Music and from that my imagination. I personally enjoy exercise (I think I'm probably my happiest when I know I've put all my effort into a 90minute football match or a jog or workout) so it dosen't take muich for me to enjoy it. I would say most people will say exercising with someone else or music makes it a lot more fun.
  • do exercise you enjoy, maybe you haven't found what you really like. A number of my clients really enjoy kickboxing and it is a great workout, some prefer kettlebells. I would suggest you try lots of different things it could be spinning or weight training. Once you find the exercise that "floats your boat" the rest is easy. Another tip is to sign up for a race, that way you make a commitment and get pleasure from completing the race.
