My sister makes a tuna casserole that sends me to heaven every time I eat it. It has cheese, heavy whipping cream, homemade pasta, fresh tuna from the fish market and loads of other artery cloggers in it. Were having it tonight! :-D (I'll take an extra Lipitor before bedtime)
