Body. The mind is just a connection of body parts. The soul and spirit are both just constructs of the mind.

Those are all parts of one thing you can't choose one over the other. They are always their even if you are not aware of it.

Mind. You control your body with your mind. You control your spirit with your mind. You control your soul with your mind. Your mind is the control station.
