It depends upon whether you see a bit of ink as ruining something, personally I don't mind if they're covered in tattoos or not, they still feel the same, they're still the same shape, makes no difference which colour they are!

I got heavily downrated last time I expressed this opinion, but I (still) believe that body modification is an expression of low self-esteem and severe body issues.

Because they like tattoos and feel good about having one on more, on their legs or somewhere else ;) People either like or dislike tattoos and of course one side can't understand the other..

I guess because they care more about their own opinion of their legs than other peoples' opinions.

I have no idea why anyone ruins any part of their skin with tattoos - piercings either for that matter.
