Help answer this question below.

I just got a 6 month old sun conure, I have had him for a couple of weeks and i was wondering would hand sanitizer hurt/kill him?

    Birds can be very sensitive. I'd be very careful about what he has access to.

    Yes, Be very careful using it around him . Or any smells that are strong. It can hurt or even kill the bird.

    I had one that I raised. He flew away - and never came back. Keep those wings trimmed. I didn't because I loved the fact he would fly back to his cage to go to the bathroom.
