1st was a girl, didn't matter which. 2nd was a boy, was what I was hoping for. 3rd, boy, didn't matter cause I had one of each. 4th, boy, perfect, wanted a boy cause he was only 1yr. and a half after third boy so it seemed better to have another boy. I realize I'm more suited to bringing up boys than girls. My daughter is awesome, but, I relate easier to bringing up boys.

I had a boy first which is what i wanted. I want a girl next. I want my son to be a good big brother and keep a watch out for his little sister. But if i were to have another boy, i wouldnt mind as long as they are healthy!
-
No. we can want only boys in front of our parents.

Girls, and I couldn't be happier. They are so sweet and love their dad to pieces. I can't get enough hugs and kisses. Ever notice that as they get older, boys switch from "daddy" to "dad" much sooner than girls? Girls will use "daddy" into adulthood, but boys won't - sounds too soft and girly to them. I wouldn't trade my two girls for anything. We have a great relationship, and they will know to insist on being treated well, loved completely, and feel totally secure - because that's all they will have experienced.

It did not matter to me in the least bit....I just was hoping for healthy...and that is what I got....

I wanted a girl first off, but I knew that it was going to be a boy. I had him and a few years later I had him a sister, which is what he and I both wanted. :)

We have a boy and a girl. Surprisingly, exactly how I wanted them. Without even trying. A boy born in December and a girl born in Feb. Two years two months to the day apart.
-
Yes.We got a boy then a girl in that order of preference!
-
yes boy and a girl pigeon pair, 3years apart
-
None yet. (: I hope to get both.
-
I'm pregnant now and I want a boy.
-
To me it didn't matter. The way I look at is that they're my children and I'm going to love them no matter what gender they are.
-
I wanted a girl sometime, but ended up with two excellent boys. No problems.
-
I wanted boys & I got boys!
-
It really doesn't matter. Babies are babies, except that the boys can squirt on you when you are changing their diapers. Puberty brings on different challenges between a boy and a girl...different moods between a boy and a girl and worrying if one will get pregnant or the other will get someone pregnant. Just teach them well and hope they listen.

My wife and I decided, early on, that we wanted 3 children. It made absolutely no difference whether they were boys, or girls, or mix-n-match! We ended up with girl, girl, and last, but not least, a boy. Also, no matter how many times we say it, or how often we try to prove it ... NO ONE will believe that we DID NOT have a 3rd child, just to try for a boy! Go figure!
-
I want a boy and a girl in that order but there's a very big chance I may get two boys instead. That will be fine, I won't complain as long as they are healthy.
-
I wanted a little girl first and then a boy. I had a boy and due to complications had to have a hysterectomy. I really miss not having had my 3 kids I wanted.
-
I have 2 boys and 2 girls (one girl is my step-daughter. She is 14 now but Ive had her since she was one yr old) It was girl, boy, boy, girl. I got what I wanted-healthful babies :)

I was young and stupid when I was pregnant. To tell you the truth, I was hoping for kittens. It would have been easier than a baby. Night fears and silly thoughts of the young and pregnant. I never thought about the sex until he was born. Since I had no hopes for one over the other I was quite happy with my son.

The first one, we didn't mind and it turned out a boy. The second, we wanted a girl, but it was another boy. So we said "third time lucky". You guessed it, another boy. So, we stopped there. No use to keep trying for what God meant that was not to be.
