losing weight for a guy is pretty easy - especially the first 20 pounds. Get rid of the crabs and sugars. Also, clean the bowels.

not to be a jerk but your pretty overweight. really over weight people tend to lose weight really fast when they get active and eat right. its usually when youve lost a lot of weight and want to lose just the last few pounds that it becomes hard ad you plateau. count calories and keep it under 2000. this and at least a half hour to an hour of cardio every day and you will lose a lot more then 10 lbs in 5 weeks.
