I don't think you can. When you click on the "Upload Video" option for an answer, you get an option to add another video, but you don't get that when you ask a question.

You can't for a question at this time - Only answers. HOWEVER, what you CAN do is embed one video, and provide the link to a second. If you have more, you can simply say, "See my answer" and put them in an answer. If you have time (can still edit the question) put the permalink of the answer in the reference URL.
