yes, you can be arrested and fined for having alcohol in your vehicle even if it is unopened the only way you would be safe is if a parent / guardian / someone over 21 was in the vehicle with you with the unopened alcohol

you cannot be in possession of alcohol whether open or closed if you are under 21.you can go to jail and if you are stopped chances are the cops will dump the alcohol and give you a ticket or worse

In Illinois, it is illegal. It is underage possession of alcohol. Of course it depends on what you mean by "transport." In some cities, you can't even pick it up from the checkout counter and put it in a shopping cart if you are not 21, but in others, you can.

It depends on where. In Spain it is legal. In the US it is illegal, etc etc.
