Im considering getting a female kitten.I was wondering how much it would cost to spade the kitten & what shots the kitten should have & the cost of the shots.Also during the kitten's yearly check ups what to expect.

kittens are "spayed". A spade is a black card suit. go to your local HUMANE SOCIETY and adopt. They have packages and usually throw in shots and stuff. To SPAY a female cat only costs about 50.00 - 75.00 plus exam which is usually 20.00. DO NOT go to a vet who will charge you 300-400 dollars for a simple operation.

Where are you getting the cat? If it's from a shelter, many of them have low-cost spay-neuter programs as do some municipalities. It might be best to actually call a vet in your area and see what they will charge and what they advise, as costs will vary.
