Tylenol and a sinus rinse. http://www.neilmed.com/usa/index.php Walgreens stocks these, they are about $10 and they work. They don't sting or burn, they just clear your head.

800 MG of Ibuprofen. If that don't kill it, nothing will :-)

Tylenol.

Sudafed is the only thing that ever worked for me, though I wiil say it knocked me out - I slept like a baby!

A decongestant. And maybe some Tylenol or Motrin. The decongestant will provide relief if the sinus headache is due to sinus congestion. Pain killers won't help much until this is addressed.

Fresh air.

Whatever is cheapest at the drug store. If it gets real bad, I'll make some warm salt water and do a rinse.

I have severe Sinus headaches all the time and actually go to the emerg room b/c the pain is soooo bad so i actually start to vomit from it. I take Advil cold and sinus which helps with the pressure and the post nasal drip and Tylenol sinus or Allegra D for the drip. I also use Sinex spray which helps the dry burning feeling in my nose to relieve some pressure also... Try it!!!
