  • Lots of protein and repetitions. Lots of weight training.
  • Eat small meals every 2 hrs and drink protein drinks in between ,work out regularly..do a bunch of pushups and you will have a nice lookn horseshoe like me on your triceps.lol
  • My 1RM on bench for last 3 months was around 165. I started training like a bodybuilder going gym twice a day with 3 Day program under recommendation of certified trainer. Now I bench 225 for 1RM(1Rep Max). I been taking creatine monohydrate for two months now. Directions tell me I have to stop taking it for a month. Then take it again. Well, that was creatine. One of my buddies, start taking Methyl-1, it's a low dose steriod. It's funny because he became a hulk in 4 weeks. Direction of the steroid says you will die if you take it more than 4 weeks. Well, He's 1RM on bench increased more than double the weight. Around 320+lbs! What I'm trying to tell you is that "Don't take Steriods" The friend who took Methyl-1 told me, once you take steriods, you have to keep taking them to maintain those muscles. In a way it's like an addiction. Smokers will understand that =) Well, it has TOO MUCH side affect! You'll know when you study steroids. So I highly recommend taking creatine!   • Sorry I forgot about one important thing. Whether you take creatine or steriod; because you gain so much strength that you can't handle, make sure your forms and postures are correct for doing whatever exercise you're doing. Or else, you're gonna pull a muscle or strain tendons and even cramps. Start Low and Warm Up more before you go HARDCORE!
