I don't use either one as I value my health .... BUT; if I had to choose ; I'd say they are equal as both are natural plants .

It seems like marijuana, because tobacco products are processed and sold in stores and regulated and stuff like that.

Mass marketed tobacco is filled with surprise ingredients. If marijuana was legal the same thing would happen it. But you do not know what was sprayed on the marijuana plants either. Some of those pesticides are nasty and not controlled by any regulations. Flip a coin.

They both feel very damaging to your health,lung health especially.Sorry,Evangeline,I've done the both,and I've never felt so healthy as to when I stopped smoking EVERYTHING.+4 points,though.*
