If Y person WOULD discriminate against X person and X person knows this for a fact, yes, there is racism at the root: on Y person's side. If Y person would NOT discriminate against X person yet X person thinks that via an unbased assumption, yes, there is racism at the root: on X person's side. So, no matter how the cookie crumbles there is racism at the root. There is no way for me to decide on whose part. Completely unrelated to the question... I am Bender.
