Have you asked them? Sounds a little stereotypical to me. Everyone has a certain set of parameters that they are attracted to in general, but it varys from person to person.

I am neither wealth nor extremely attractive so I have to accept who is interested. And more white women in my area who I find attractive respond positively than ones of my own race. So when its up to a woman from my own race who I do not find attractive and a woman from another race I do, it has to be the other. I prefer slender to medium women or athletically built women because I stay in shape. And yes looks do fade with age but I know people in their 40's 50's and 60's who are physically fit. And I plan on being that way unless I am physically unable to do so.
