I think that it helps ward it off because helps keep the brain active. The brain actually can form new cells, even at older age. I am 57, and I find these questions very mentally stimulating. A+++ for AB! now..what exactly was I here for? lol

We can have lots of virtual intellectual and emotional stimulation on here. I prefer cryptic crosswords and I wonder if one day i will forget to log on to my computer.
