  • I don't think so, the whole point of a Jury is to have a group of citizans to decide the validity of the case. If the case concerns a murdered wife, and one of the jurors happens to of had his wife murdered, then he's obviously biased. I think in most cases they REALLY check into the potential juroros background to see if there is any cause for bias. It just sounds like it goes agaisnt the whole point of the jury system.
