  • I think the official answer is "to test your faith with" or "God didn't make those, man did with his own free will!" I think those are both bogus cop-outs; it's definitely a dick move.
  • So he can temp people. Those who don't give into temptation are good and get it go to heaven, everyone else goes to hell, blah, blah, blah... I don't believe in God. What do I know?
  • it's just one of those theistic concepts were god doesn't have to explain himself. It's how when people ask "If the devil is so bad, why doesn't god just kill him?" And the only thing they can come up with is gods great plan or something. But to be honest i can't think of objects he created that are exactly "sinful". Most sins are based on actions.
  • see link for the story of adam and eve....... thats basically the idea! http://www.bible-knowledge.com/Adam-and-Eve.html
  • its about free will and choosing our own destiny
  • Well, the thing is, God didn't create those sinful things. Satan did. God is pure and Holy, no sin can come from Him. It is impossible. The Prince of Darkness created the sinful things we see in the world. It all started in the Garden of Eden when Satan tempted Adam and Eve. God didnt make sin, Satan did.
  • Ok, this is kinda long, so if you don't want to read it, cool, if you do... have a fun time. Actually he never created anything sinful, he was all knowing (and this would be a long explanation but, I will try to summarize it up in a short manner). The fruit- brought sin into humanity, bad stuff happened thanks to that. If your wondering how the devil came around, well he "ascended" into heaven from his kingdom on earth (sorry, details are a little fuzzy) pride corrupted him, he tried to take Gods thrown, and he got beat up like Chuck Norris(Devil) did by Bruce Lee(God). I know, retarded little metaphor there but whatever. Anyways, (yes I know, I'm jumping all over the place here) when it was all created in the beginning, only God knew what sin was, it was in a tree(?), Adam ate the fruit, and then we got the world you see now. (Takes a breather) Ok, so I have no clue, but I'm thinking this most likely confused many people instead of answering any questions, in that case sorry. Anyways, we all have our opinions and there's kinda a summation of my beliefs, sorry I couldn't shorten it.
  • What else is it going to do for a laugh?
  • If God were real? If you don't think that He is real, why even ask this question? But, I'll answer it anyhow. When God created this universe, it was perfect in His sight. In verse 31 of Genesis 1, He acknowledged this by saying....."God saw all that He had made, and behold, it was very good. And there was evening and there was morning, the sixth day." His creation was very good. A perfect God would never had said that if it wasn't. God did not create a sinful and faulty product. His creation became sinful "after" the sins committed by Adam and Eve. The rest is history.
  • Schizophrenia with a touch of sadism and multiple personality disorder might do it.
  • It isn't the thing made that is sinful, but the way it is used. Look at guns. Tools indeed. Still, there are occasions when they make the papers for being used in sinful means. Same goes for anything. If I used bananas for the sole purpose of hurting my fellow man, would it be the banana's fault?
  • He made nothing sinful but people do and people do sinful things
  • Things aren't sinful. Actions are. Even diseases are not sinful, although they may make it easier to sin, they are not in and of themselves sin.
  • Because men cannot learn if he doesn't make mistakes. One must sin in order to know not to sin. Like a person has to try LSD before they can judge it. It's that way with everything. Though I don't believe in god, I believe in karma.
  • This is such an interesting question! You are saying, anything that was made is from God! However, this is what you have to think about. There is nothing else in existance that the devil could chose to try to run except for sin. Sin is......"a willfull transgression against God". So, God did create evil...but evil is not sin. Most sin IS evil but they are not one in the same thing! 1Sa 16:15 And Saul's servants said unto him, Behold now, an evil spirit from God troubleth thee. Evil is another word for...bad! I burn my finger then it is abd and it hurts! It is evil. But sin....opposite. In other words...the Commandments are a direct reflection of God's character. Luk 11:17 But he, knowing their thoughts, said unto them, Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation; and a house divided against a house falleth. God Bless! foundthisone@yahoo.com

  • who ever said it was sinful??? was it really God? or was it just humans who was just obessed with God and along the road came a bunch of.. (how do i say this).. BULLLSHIT
  • God created order and allowed us to disorder it. God doesn't create sin or disorder. He has given us the free will to choose to follow His perfect order or to create disorder. Evil and sin are both simply the disorder of God's Divine order.
  • Sense of humor similar to my own.
  • If God were real, why create so many duplicates of this question? It is an ongoing battle to find out
