Invasion. Incredible Sci-Fi series, I miss it so much. It was on FOX in 2005. I wish it would have found an audience. Sniff

Monty Python. Back in the '70's when I was in HS and then college, I loved watching that show!! I had a boyfriend when I was 19 or so who was addicted to it and used to imitate some of the funny antics. My favorite scenes were of the male leads all dressed up as housewives doing cleaning and such! Some scenes on the show were gross; but overall, it was highly entertaining, and I miss it. Guess I could buy DVD's, hmmm...that's a thought!!

Going back a few years it has to be The Larry Sanders Show, that was very funny seeing Hollywood taking the piss out of itself. Next would be ER, we are still getting it here in Ireland but it will end in the next few weeks. I never understood why it is called an Emergency Room, when it is so large, we would call it the Emergency Department.

    There are 2...
The new Battlestar Galactica, it was such a cool series, brilliant plot & scripts & characters.
The second is Rome, I'm very, very angry with HBO for cancelling that one, it was fantastic!

Lost. I loved the whole series except the end. I think the last episode was a bit of a let down.
Also, Star Trek the Next Generation and Star Trek Deep Space Nine.

I thought of another one - NYPD Blue. Popular in the mid-late '90's, if I recall correctly (?)! A number of my friends and/or co-workers definitely liked it, because they'd mention it now and again. Wish they'd have some reruns of it, but I haven't seen any!...

How about "Get Smart"! That show was very fun! Three more: "Here Come the Brides, "That Girl" with Marlo Thomas, and "He and She" with Paula Prentiss and Richard Benjamin - these three were "chick" type shows, of course. Since I grew up in the '60's, I remember a lot more of these shows. Oh - not to mention the GREAT comedy shows like Carol Burnett (mentioned already), Rowan and Martin's Laugh-In, the Smothers Brothers, the Gary Moore Show, the Sonny & Cher Show, and - oh, heck with it, for a good laugh - Lawrence Welk! That was riotous to watch because even as a young girl and budding musician still in grade school, I KNEW that show was CORNY!!!

There was a show on ABC back in the 90's called High Incident about the LAPD. Only lasted 2 seasons. I thought the show was good and had potential.

A long time ago ( in the 1980's) before reality tv became popular there was a documentary about two brides who were preparing for their weddings. It was funny when one of the bride's mothers yelled "I want intermezzo!". I wish I could see it again just to hear that line.
