It sounds like that would be a lifter... when the engine heats up, the oil will expand and therefor cause the noise to go away, so i would check the oil and perhaps add a quart or 2. If you dont look into it now, it could cause some serious damage to your vehicle
I'm not that familiar with the Tiburon, but ticking noises that go away when the engine warms up are typically caused by collapsed hydraulic lifter (assuming your car has them).
If that is the case, don't worry too much about it, unless it starts happening even when the engine is warm.

You're reading On my 2004 hyundai tiberon with 54000 miles on it. i have a ticking coming from under hood, sounds like it comin from the injector, ticking speeds up as rpms do. wut can it be?? as the car warms up it seems to stop.
