When it comes to rape, or molestation...yeah. Those people had a chance to be upright, or at least make 1 right decision on something so huge. Yeah forgiveness to them is fine, but when you put other people in their way...no way jose. I wouldnt feel safe being around a chomo at work. But if its just sumpin...ya know, small...or whatever (and people can decide what is, and what isnt)...then yeah. As long as theres no wonder.

A sexual indiscretion is not a criminal act and should not necessarily even be brought up in a job interview. An interview such as that might be considered sexist and gratuitous. The only exception might be if one were applying for a job where sex with patients or clients is strongly discouraged. A persons sexual dalliances have nothing to do with job skills.

well theyre typical not, unless theyre illegal. and if u had sex with the boss...then yeah, it probably will be held against you. or for you.

I can think of quite a few scenarios where an applicants sexual past would disqualify him or her from particular jobs, especially jobs where working with children.
