  • LoL it depends on what you consider "healthy", in my opinion, it's be Japan. They have quite a few years over most countries lifespans.
  • China or Japan but the air quality in Japan is way worse than ours, we have missionaries over there and they come back to visit once a year and they tell us the air is more polluted than ours is their only complaint

  • I'm not sure, but in terms of longevity it's Japan. A girl born in Japan today will most likely live to her 86th birthday, the longest of all anywhere in the world. The Japanese diet has a lot to do with it, along with genes.
