Is it possible that you can have a miscarriage during your period, and only notice that your period is a lot heavier with very bad cramps that last longer than normal?

yes and it is very common, only women usually dont know that they are having one, and nothing needs to be done about it. only when u are further along do u need to have a doctor perform a dnc after one.

i read somewhere that alot of women suffer miscarrages b4 even knowing theyre pregnant im sure ive had 1 but obviously i cant be sure and ill never really know its possible but yiu cant confirm anything or have it proved
