No, women are not necessarily lesbians just because they are feminist. Feminism by definition is the belief of equal rights between sexes in a social, political and economic context and it is not influenced by the sexual orientation.

Stereotypically, maybe...I guess a lot of people resent a feminist philosophy, and even more so a movement or set of actions which significantly affect a community or political accent or what have you, so people attribute labels to it like they do to anything they don't like or have a fear of.
Essentially feminist actions would and have given women "moar powaz", and some people may not like it, so I don't think they all are.
It happens that sometimes these things even question the rights and privileges of anyone, and while we all deserve equal treatment, sometimes it's just ridiculous. :/
One has to agree though, a lot of lesbians do use this concept to certify themselves and attempt to distance themselves away from the bad mojo that our society lays on being gay or lesbian, and aggression always works. So maybe that's why it seems that way, but I don't think it's true at all.
Now then, I vote that we change the name of the ottoman to "ottowoman". >_>
